These terms and conditions apply to the SkillSpree app for mobile devices, together with any related services operated by Jonathan Anwar (collectively, the "Application"). Jonathan Anwar is hereby referred to as the "Service Provider."
By downloading or using the Application, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before using the Application.
You must be at least 13 years of age to use the Application. By using the Application, you represent that you meet this requirement and are legally permitted to use it in your jurisdiction.
Subject to your compliance with these Terms, the Service Provider grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use the Application on a mobile device for personal purposes. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Application except as expressly permitted by applicable law.
The Service Provider retains all intellectual property rights in the Application, including its code, design, trademarks, logos, and branding. Nothing in these Terms grants you any right to use the Service Provider's trademarks or branding for any purpose.
The Application offers the following in-app purchases:
Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period. Payment is charged to your Apple ID at confirmation of purchase. You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time through your Apple ID account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period — you retain access until then.
Consumable purchases are non-refundable and are consumed upon use. The Service Provider does not offer refunds for consumable purchases except as required by applicable law.
You agree not to use the Application to post, share, or transmit content that:
The Service Provider reserves the right to remove content, suspend, or terminate accounts that violate these guidelines.
The Service Provider may suspend or terminate your access to the Application if you materially breach these Terms. For curable breaches, you will be given 14 days notice to remedy the issue. Immediate termination may occur for violations of applicable law, intellectual property infringement, or activity that could harm other users.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Service Provider shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages. The Service Provider's total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid by you to the Service Provider in the 12 months preceding the claim.
Nothing in these Terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
The Application uses third-party services with their own Terms and Conditions:
The Application requires an active internet connection for full functionality. The Service Provider is not responsible for the Application operating at reduced capacity due to lack of Wi-Fi or exhausted mobile data. You are responsible for any data charges incurred while using the Application, including roaming charges.
The Service Provider may update the Application from time to time. You should accept updates to ensure continued functionality and compatibility. The Service Provider does not guarantee ongoing support for older versions of the Application.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which the Service Provider is established, excluding conflict of law rules, except where mandatory consumer protection laws provide otherwise.
If any provision of these Terms is held invalid or unenforceable, it shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable, and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force.
The Service Provider may update these Terms periodically. You are advised to review this page regularly. Continued use of the Application after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
